Chapter 15 - The True Ownership
Patricia Ocampo stepped smoothly in front of Doña Elvira, her eyes as cold and unforgiving as ice.
"Mrs. Santillán, I highly advise you to calm down unless you wish to be charged with assaulting a police officer."
Patricia opened her leather briefcase, pulling out a thick stack of documents stamped with bright red official seals.
"In the documents that your family has blindly signed over the past two years,"
Patricia announced, her voice ringing clearly through the stunned room.
"It explicitly states that you no longer own a single share of Grupo Santillán."
Don Arturo gasped, his face turning the color of ash.
"You are merely puppet managers for businesses that had their debts completely bought out by Rivas Horizonte Capital,"
Patricia continued ruthlessly.
"And this 2,000-square-meter estate... also belongs legally to a real estate holding company owned exclusively by Ms. Camila Rivas. In other words, you are currently standing on her land, spending her money, and you just assaulted her."
Camila stepped out from the hallway. She picked up the empty glass containing her platinum ring and shook it gently.
"Alright, family,"
