Emily didn't waste a single second celebrating the digital victory. She immediately pulled out a heavily encrypted satellite phone provided by Arthur’s vast intelligence network. She dialed a highly restricted, direct line to the commander of SEIDO—the elite, uncorrupted anti-organized crime unit of the Mexican Federal Police.
This was the same commander who had successfully raided Victor Sterling's command center months ago, acting on the intel Sarah had anonymously provided.
"Commander," Emily spoke firmly when the line connected. "This is the source who handed you Victor Sterling. I have another high-value target for you."
"I am listening," the Commander replied, his voice serious and attentive.
"I have the exact, real-time GPS coordinates for the primary operational compound of El Fantasma," Emily stated, reading the numbers directly off Sarah’s glowing monitor. "He is currently sitting in a fortified valley in Jalisco. Furthermore, I have digital proof that he just received a wire transfer of one hundred million dollars in stolen funds. If you move your tactical teams right now, you can seize the cartel’s entire financial hub and take down their most elusive leader."
The Commander paused, processing the magnitude of the intelligence. "How reliable is this data?"
"My team is currently inside his firewall," Emily assured him coldly. "The data is absolute. But you must strike immediately, before he realizes his network is compromised and moves the funds."
"Understood. We are scrambling the Blackhawk units now," the Commander confirmed, ending the call.
Emily set the phone down, looking at Sarah. "The federales are moving. Now, we watch."

Sarah nodded, keeping the digital backdoor open. She routed the live, overhead satellite feed of the Jalisco valley onto the main screen in the bunker. For the next hour, they sat in tense silence, watching the silent, black-and-white thermal imaging of the isolated compound.
