Chapter 11 - The Choice of a Daughter
Arthur looked up as Chloe approached. His eyes were completely flooded with an agonizing, indescribable pain.
She stopped right in front of him.
"I don't care," Chloe said firmly.
Arthur blinked, a single tear escaping and tracking down his cheek.
"What?" Arthur whispered, completely bewildered.
"I do not care whose DNA I have," Chloe declared, her voice filled with a fierce, beautiful determination.
Tears finally began to stream down her own cheeks, but she didn't wipe them away.
"You taught me how to walk," Chloe sobbed, stepping closer.
Another tear fell from Arthur’s eye.

"You helped me learn math when I was crying over my homework," Chloe continued, her voice breaking.
"You stayed up all night sitting next to my bed when I was sick."
