Chapter 47

The London Summit was a highly formal affair, held in a grand, historic meeting hall overlooking the River Thames. Noah sat at a long mahogany table, flanked by Evelyn and Marcus, facing a panel of stern, highly skeptical British health officials and wealthy aristocratic philanthropists.
"Mr. Whitmore," a stuffy, silver-haired Lord began, adjusting his monocle. "Your success in America is well-documented. But the National Health Service operates entirely differently. A privately funded, free-access pediatric center of this magnitude... it disrupts our established protocols. How do you intend to sustain it without charging the patients?"
Noah didn't hesitate. He leaned forward, projecting absolute confidence.
"By relying on the fundamental truth that compassion is a universal currency, Lord Hastings," Noah replied smoothly. "You mention disruption as if it is a negative concept. When my family took over the Whitmore Foundation, we disrupted a legacy of corporate greed and transformed it into a sanctuary. We sustained it through transparency and results."
Noah slid a thick portfolio across the table.
"Inside that folder are the medical and psychological profiles of five hundred children who were told they would never walk, speak, or live a pain-free life," Noah said, his voice ringing with passion. "Today, they are thriving. We don't ask for government handouts. We are bringing our own endowment to build the facility. All we ask from you is the regulatory approval to let us heal your children."
The panel reviewed the documents in silence. The sheer weight of the foundation's pristine track record, combined with Noah’s undeniable charisma and unyielding integrity, was impossible to dismiss.
A female health minister at the center of the panel smiled warmly, closing the folder.

"It takes a rare kind of leadership to cross an ocean simply to help those who cannot help themselves, Mr. Whitmore," she said. "The Ministry of Health approves your initiative. Welcome to London."
Evelyn squeezed Noah’s hand under the table. The global expansion had officially begun.
