They left Aria in Seattle, hidden in an impenetrable, off-the-books bunker guarded by a team of Jax's most trusted, fiercely loyal independent operatives. Leaving her was the hardest thing Valeria had ever done, but she knew it was the only way to ensure her future.
Daniel, Valeria, and Jax boarded a private, untraceable jet bound for Switzerland.
They sat in the quiet cabin of the aircraft, checking their weapons, loading magazines, and reviewing the blueprints of the Vanguard’s Geneva fortress.
Valeria looked at Daniel. The wealthy, disillusioned heir she had met a year ago was gone. In his place was a hardened warrior, a father who had shed his own blood to protect his family.
