Olivia walked down the grand staircase, her heart hammering wildly against her ribs.
Ethan was in the kitchen, unpacking groceries. He turned around, instantly noticing the profound, overwhelming emotion radiating from her face. His protective instincts flared, but he saw no fear in her eyes.
"What is it? Are you okay?"
Ethan asked, immediately dropping a bag of fruit and rushing over to her.
"I am more than okay,"
Olivia whispered, her voice cracking as fresh tears fell.
She gently took his large, strong hand and placed it directly over her stomach.
"Ethan... we are going to have a baby."

His eyes filled with heavy tears. He let out a breathless, massive sob of pure joy, dropping to his knees and pressing his forehead gently against her stomach.
