Ethan returned to the estate that evening, laying out the entire situation to Olivia in his private study.
Olivia did not panic. She did not cry. The woman who had once lived in fear had evolved into an untouchable, brilliant strategist.
"Arthur Vance thinks he can exploit our commitment to transparency,"
Olivia noted, tracing the edge of the financial documents on the desk.
"He knows we refuse to use the dirty tactics your father used."
"He plans to call for an emergency shareholder meeting and accuse my new board of gross financial mismanagement,"
