I was featured on the cover of Forbes Magazine under the headline: "THE RESTRUCTURER: How Emma Miller Turned Family Ruin into a Multi-Million Dollar Empire."
I moved into an even grander rooftop penthouse overlooking the harbor, surrounded by beauty, light, and complete peace.
One evening, Julian Vance joined me for dinner at an upscale waterfront restaurant downtown to celebrate the official opening of Miller Haven.
We sat at a quiet corner table, clinking our crystal glasses together.
"To complete victory, Emma," Julian smiled, raising his glass of red wine. "Arthur would be beyond proud of what you did with his legacy."
"To integrity, Julian," I replied, taking a sip. "Money is just paper without it."
"Speaking of legacy," Julian said, setting his glass down and pulling a sleek leather portfolio from his chair. "Our firm finished auditing the final secondary accounts of Mercer Logistics this afternoon. We found something very unusual."

"Arthur Mercer had a silent business partner in Switzerland twenty-five years ago," Julian explained, sliding a paper toward me. "A man who deposited five million dollars into a Swiss vault under your name three days before he died."
