Months later, Claudia stepped out of the private elevator onto the top executive floor of the massive corporate headquarters.

But the old name was permanently gone.

The glowing letters on the wall no longer read Salvatierra BioMed.

The company was now officially registered as Rivera Medical Systems.

It was a tribute to her mother, the hardworking nurse from Iztapalapa who had taught her to never look away when someone was suffering, and to never let anyone steal her worth.

Julián was currently sitting in a federal holding cell, awaiting his final sentencing for massive corporate fraud, aggravated assault, and the fabrication of legal evidence.
