Chapter 11 - The True Owner

Esteban placed another thick, heavy folder onto the judge's bench.

"These are the financial routing numbers,"

Esteban stated clearly.

"They document massive, illegal wire transfers sent to shell companies registered under Renata's name. We have twelve transactions bearing her signature, and four transactions bearing my client's forged signature."

Renata began to cry—real, terrified tears this time. She realized she was facing severe federal fraud charges.

But the biggest, most earth-shattering shock came when Esteban presented the final, original, notarized document.

"Your Honor, this is the original certificate of ownership for the family trust, established by Claudia's mother,"

Esteban announced.

"The initial seed capital for Salvatierra BioMed did not come from Julián or his family. It came entirely from the inheritance Claudia received after her father passed away. The money that Julián’s family constantly mocked as 'lucky poor people's money'."

The courtroom erupted into total, chaotic shock.

Julián had never been the sole owner. He had never been the brilliant founder.

He was merely the appointed manager. The vast, overwhelming majority of the corporate shares belonged legally, unquestionably, to Claudia Rivera.
